如欲就人權侵害相關事項提出諮詢或通報，請詳閱並同意下列事項：

• 對於善意提出之諮詢或通報（不包括基於惡意或其他不正當目的之情形），本公司不會因提出諮詢或通報，而對提出者採取任何不利處分或其他不利待遇。
• 本窗口亦受理與合規、法令違反及人權侵害相關之諮詢或通報。對於與前述事項無關之內容，或基於誹謗、中傷、騷擾或其他不正當目的所提出之通報，恕不予受理。

Human Rights Inquiry / Reporting

If you wish to raise a concern or report a matter relating to human rights, please read and agree to the following before submitting your inquiry.

• The Company prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, raises a concern or makes a report. No adverse action or disadvantageous treatment will be taken against such person solely because they submitted an inquiry or report. This protection does not apply to reports made maliciously or for other improper purposes.
• This contact form accepts inquiries and reports relating to compliance, violations of laws or regulations, and human rights issues. Reports unrelated to these matters, or submitted for the purpose of defamation, harassment, or any other improper purpose, will not be accepted.
